Vietnam’s seafood exports continued to show positive growth in the first 8 months of 2026. Pangasius exports reached over USD 1.52 billion (+9.7%), while shrimp exports reached USD 3.3 billion (+12%). China remained a key growth market, while the US and EU continued to face challenges from tariffs, competition and stricter traceability requirements.
