In the first eight months of 2025, Vietnam’s seafood industry recorded strong growth in pangasius (USD 1.4B, +10%), shrimp (USD 2.97B, +23%), and surimi, driven by CPTPP, South America, and the EU, while also expanding into premium markets like Japan.
